Zakariya Woodworks Pty Ltd is an owner-run Sydney timber framing company with over six years of framing experience on the tools. We frame single and double storey homes, granny flats, extensions and roofs for builders, developers and homeowners across the Sydney metro, most of it cut on site to suit each set of plans.
How the business came about
Zakariya Woodworks grew out of more than six years of framing work across Sydney: single and double storey homes, granny flats, extensions, and roof and floor scopes. Those years taught the crew the job the way good framers learn it: read the plans before touching the timber, set out properly, and fix anything that is not right before the certifier sees it.
Zakariya Woodworks Pty Ltd was set up in 2025 to run its own crew. The idea was simple. Be the framing contractor a builder can book with confidence: one who turns up on the date, frames to the drawings and does not need chasing. Homeowners building granny flats and extensions want the same thing, so the business serves both.
The logo says quality you can trust, and that is the whole pitch. Precise, reliable and professional workmanship, a strong focus on quality and efficiency, and frames that meet the project requirements the first time. No superlatives, just work you can walk around and check.

How we work
How we work

We read the plans first
Every job starts with the architectural plans and the engineer's drawings side by side. Clashes get raised before set-out, not after the walls are up.

We cut on site
Studs, plates, beams and rafters cut on the slab to suit the drawings and the real site. When something changes, we adjust the same day.

We keep to the program
We tell you what the crew can hold before we commit. Then we turn up on that date, keep to the sequence and flag anything early.

We hand over inspection ready
Plumb, straight, braced and tied down, with the slab cleared. The frame inspection is booked once, not twice.
